Engineering Sample & Prototype Materials and components are prepared for an engineering sample when required. The sample is checked against the approved capacity, connections, collector type, frame and control specification before mass production.

Stainless Steel Tank Forming Selected stainless-steel sheets are cut and formed into inner and outer tank components with controlled dimensions. Openings, ports and coil positions are prepared according to the approved model drawing.

Tank Welding & Seam Finishing Tank bodies, ports and fittings are welded with controlled equipment and qualified procedures. Weld seams are finished and inspected to support pressure resistance, corrosion protection and long service life.

Vacuum Tube Coating & Inspection Evacuated tubes and heat-transfer components are checked for coating uniformity, vacuum quality, dimensions and visible defects. Only components that meet the model specification proceed to system assembly.

Frame Fabrication & Surface Treatment

Frame Fabrication & Surface Treatment Support frames are cut, formed and joined for the specified installation angle and load requirements. Corrosion-resistant material or surface treatment is applied, followed by dimensional and finish inspection.

Insulation Foaming & Tank Assembly

Insulation Foaming & Tank Assembly High-density polyurethane insulation is injected between the inner and outer tank shells under controlled conditions. Covers, ports and fittings are assembled after curing to reduce heat loss and protect the tank structure.

Collector & System Assembly

Collector & System Assembly Collectors, tanks, frames, manifolds, controllers and matched accessories are assembled according to the production order. Connection orientation, component fit and system completeness are checked at the station.

Pressure, Leakage & Performance Testing

Pressure, Leakage & Performance Testing Tanks and hydraulic connections undergo pressure or leakage testing appropriate to the product type. Insulation, collector components, electrical backup and controller functions are inspected before final release.

Final Inspection, Packing & Delivery

Final Inspection, Packing & Delivery Finished systems receive a final model, appearance, quantity and accessory inspection. Protective export packing, labels and documentation are verified before loading and shipment to the customer.
